New low-cost operator on the Romanian market

Starting this month, easyJet, the airline company wellknown on the european low-cost market, will operate on the romanian airline transportation market. Low-cost flights, Bucharest Baneasa – Milano/and return, will be available from September 10th, 2007 and starting October, two other flights will be available from Bucharest Baneasa to Madrid/and return, respectively Bucharest Baneasa – London/and return.
All of the bookings are made online, without paper tickets. At the booking office, in the airport, all you need is your passport or an ID card, but just in case, it’s better to have a printed version of your reservation.
The presence on the romanian market is part of the development strategy in some of the european countries, where the company is not so known. The main low-cost competitors on the romanian market are Blue Air, Wizz Air, MyAir , SkyEurope, WindJet, ClickAir and Germanwings.
